Are you designing repairs for timber, concrete or masonry structures? Does your client have a water problem in their elevator pit or any other structure?

Bill McGloin has been working with Structural Engineers solving difficult repair problems for 35 years. Hands on is the way he works. At this meeting, Bill will discuss some of his experiences and observations. Whether you are building a new elevator, modifying an existing pit, stopping leaks at an aquarium or potable water tanks, repairing checked timber frames or structurally repairing concrete, this discussion will be informative.

Bill McGloin is the Managing Member of Special Breaks LLC in Southington, CT. He has been performing Structural, Waterproofing and Geotechnical Injection Repairs for 35 years on residential, commercial, municipal and industrial projects throughout the Northeast.

The meeting will be hosted at Fiore II located at 332 Main Street in Middletown, CT 06457 on Wednesday April 15th, from 5:30 pm to 8:30pm.

Cost of attendance for SEAConn Members is $75.00.

Nonmember price is $85.00.
